By application f / No. 30 November 2015 newspaper "ONLY MEDIA" SRL requested CCA issuing the broadcasting license for TV channel "NTV Moldova", whose program service to be broadcast by networks of service distributors in the country.
The applicant proposes to create a generalist TV channel that will promote European values. Television broadcast of the show will consist of domestic and purchased. Program schedule will include: news, analytical programs, films, broadcasts publishing author, humorous shows, programs about health and entertainment etc. The editorial policy of the station is to inform citizens and relevant institutions about the realities in Moldova.
It is worth mentioning that at the public meeting, following the examination of the application periodicals "ONLY MEDIA" LLC, ACC members have expressed some objections to the program schedule, the correlation news programs to be conducted in Romanian and Russian, editorial project and business plan.
After examining the request and in accordance with Art. 23 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI of 27.07.06, art. 12 of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council DECIDED
:

1. Rejects f / No. 30 November 2015 periodicals "ONLY MEDIA" LLC on the issue of the broadcasting license for TV channel "NTV Moldova" (PRO - (5) -M. ONCEANU-Hadirca, C. bribery, Iu. COLESNIC, N. DAMASCHIN, O. GUŢUŢU; CONTRA (4) - D. hammer, Barbalić O., A. COZMA, D. VICOL).
2. Control over execution of this Decision exercises Directorate licensing and authorization.
March. This Decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and the BCC website.
