Competition Council, acting pursuant to art. 41 of the Competition Act No. 183 of 11.07.2012, art. 2 and art. 10 of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 regarding the state aid Parliament Decision no. 179 of 07.12.2013 regarding the appointment of members of the Competition Council, Parliament Decision no. 220 of 27.09.2013 on the appointment of a member of the Competition Council,
in accordance with the Regulations on the form notification procedure for examining and taking decisions on state aid, approved by the Plenum Competition Council No. 1 of 30.08.2013,
analyzing information note on the simplified notification submitted by the Agency for Payments and Intervention for Agriculture regarding the budget increase support measure No. 8 of the Government Decision no. 135 of 24.2.2014 on "Stimulating investment for infrastructure development and post harvest processing" for farmers through subsidy fund for 2014, as previously authorized by the Competition Council Decision no. ASS-37 from 16.10.2014,

DECIDED:

1. To authorize state aid notified by simplified procedure in connection with the budget increase support measure on stimulating investment for infrastructure development and post harvest processing, under Government Decision no. 352 of 06.10.2015 regarding the distribution of the fund for subsidizing agricultural producers in 2015.
2. Payments and Intervention Agency for Agriculture Competition Council will submit information on state aid covered by this Decision in order to update and supplement State aid Register, in accordance with article 19 of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 on state aid.
March. This Decision shall enter into force upon adoption and shall be notified to the Agency for Payments and Intervention for Agriculture.
4. The operative part of this decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
