    Pursuant to article 1. 30 paragraph 2. (1) of law No. 595-XIV from 24 September 1999 on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 24-26, art. 137), with subsequent amendments and additions to ORDON: 1. To bring to the attention of the public as follows: a. the date of 26 November 2015 has entered into force, the supplementary Understanding through exchange of notes, with regard to the correction of errors in the free trade agreement between Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Turkey , signed in Chisinau on 11 September 2014. Additional text Understanding is attached.
b. 30 September 2015 has entered into force the memorandum of understanding between the National Center of the Republic of Moldova and the Anti-corruption Bureau against corruption of the Republic of Poland Central in preventing corruption, signed in Chisinau on September 30, 2015. Text of the memorandum is attached.
c. 30 November 2015 has entered into force the agreement for the grant, through an exchange of notes, between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Japan in order to achieve the nonproiect grants program in education, signed in Chisinau on April 15, 2015, ratified by law No. 179 of 22 October 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 317-323, art. 580).
d. 11 December 2015 has entered into force the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the United Arab Emirates concerning air services between and beyond their respective territories signed at Dubai on November 19, 2013, approved by Government decision No. 180 from 14.03.2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no. 66-71, art. 201).
e. on 11 December 2015 has entered into force the fifth Additional Protocol, signed at Bucharest on September 23, 2015 Chisinau on 24 September 2015, between Moldovan Government and Romanian Government to the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of Romania on the implementation of the programme of technical and financial assistance on the basis of a non-refundable aid worth 100 million euros granted by the Republic of Moldova Romania , signed at Bucharest on April 27, 2010, as amended by the four additional protocols, ratified by law No. 183 from 29.10.2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 317-323, art. 584).
f. on 17 December 2015 has entered into force, Understanding by Exchange of notes concerning the correction of the error in the Treaty between the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation concerning legal assistance and legal relations in civil, family and criminal law, signed at Moscow on 25 februarie1993. Text Comprehension is attached.
g. on 18 December 2015 has entered into force for the Republic of Moldova Protocol about applying the agreement on free trade area from October 18, 2011 between its Parties and the Republic of Uzbekistan, done at Minsk on 31 May 2013, ratified by law No. 145 of 9 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 213-222, art. 436).
h. on 14 august 2015 commenced financing agreement between Moldova and the International Bank for reconstruction and development in order to achieve the project of improving the efficiency of centralized heat supply, signed in Chisinau on April 15, 2015, ratified by law No. 148 of 30 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 211-212, art. 429).
i. on 27 December 2015 shall enter into force for the Republic of Moldova Treaty on arms trade, done at New York on 2 April 2015, ratified by law No. 105 of 28 may 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 161-163, art. 341).
j. on 10 February 2016 will enter into force for the Republic of Moldova the European Convention on the supervision of offenders sentenced conditioning or liberaţi condition, drawn up in Strasbourg on 30 November 1964, supported through law No. 131 of 11 July 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 223-230, art. 495).
k. on 8 October 2016 will enter into force for the Republic of Moldova on the road signs Convention, done at Vienna on 8 November 1968, the Republic of Moldova adhered by the law nr. 141 of 3 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 213-222, art. 434).
l. October 27, 2016 shall enter into force for the Republic of Moldova to the European Agreement, done at Geneva on 1 May 1971, supplementing the Convention on road signs, done at Vienna on 8 November 1968, the Republic of Moldova adhered by the law nr. 142 of 3 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 224-233, art. 447).
m. October 27, 2016 shall enter into force for the Republic of Moldova to the Protocol on road markings, of 1 March 1973, additional to the European Agreement, which complements the Convention on road signs, done at Vienna on 8 November 1968, the Republic of Moldova adhered by the law nr. 143 of 3 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 224-233, art. 449).
2. Publish this order, together with the texts of the treaties referred to in paragraph 1, lit. a, b and f, in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
