In accordance with article 7, Art. 15 and article 16 lit. a) of Law No 261-XVI Court on 5 December 2008 (as amended and supplemented), the Court

DECIDES:

1. To approve the Strategic Development Plan for the years 2016-2020 the Court of Auditors and the Action Plan for 2016 (attached).
2. For each stage of implementing the Strategic Development Plan for the years 2016-2020 the Court of Auditors will be developed and approved an action plan for each separately.
March. Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Strategic Development Plan for the years 2016-2020 the Court of Auditors, in order to report regularly on progress in the Plenum of the Court shall be appointed Head of the Court of Auditors and the head Gheorghe Mihai DG methodology, planning and Ms Nina Onofrei analysis.
4. This Decision of the Court of Auditors will inform all employees of the Court of Auditors by the General methodology, planning and analysis.
May. This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and placed on the website of the Court of Auditors - www.ccrm.md.
