with regard to the extension of the national army in a breakaway candidate of the European Union Mission advising the military in the Central African Republic



Published: 22.01.2016 in the Official Gazette No. 13-19 art Nr: pursuant to article 13. 5 para. (3) of law No. 1156-XIV of July 26, 2000 with respect to the participation of the Republic of Moldova at international operations peacekeeping operations (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 149-151, Article 1106) and the agreement between Moldova and the European Union and laying down the framework for the participation of the Republic of Moldova to European Union operations of crisis management, ratified by law No. 75 from 12 April 2013 (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 13, 119-121, art. 366) and under section 5 of the regulation on the management of the Government's emergency funds, approved by Government decision No. 862 of 18 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 347-360, 967), the Government DECIDES: 1. Ministry of defence will ensure candidate appointments: national army over a period of six months in the European Union Mission advising the military in the Central African Republic for the position of liaison officer;
management of funds received from the Trust Fund to cover the costs of transport and accommodation of the delegate of the national army, as well as those from the Reserve Fund of the Government, as intended.
2. The Ministry of finance will allocate from the Reserve Fund of the Government, the Ministry of defence the equivalent amount in lei of the 15,000 dollar daily allowance, medical insurance and compensation for the increased risk of the delegate during the period of your stay in the European Union mission to the Central African Republic.
3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration will assist in the process of obtaining a visa for the trip to the Mission's headquarters in the town of Bangui, Central African Republic, and for obtaining the document certifying the legality of the stay in the territory of the Central African Republic during the delegation.
