Until now, the "TV-Communications Group" S.R.L. has not submitted the information requested by the audiovisual Coordinating Council. As a result of this, "TV-Communications Group" S.R.L. has admitted derogations from the provisions of point 4.1 of the conditions to permit relay series AB nr. 000126 from 15.10.2010, which stipulates the right of the Broadcasting Coordinating Council to request and receive information without obstacles.
It should be mentioned that according to the decision by ABOUT No. 36/181 of 22 October 2015, "the communications TV-Grup S.R.L. has been applied to public warning for failure to comply with the provisions of point 4.1 of the conditions to permit relay and i was given a period of three days from the moment of entry into force of the decision to submit the requested information. The organisation nominated has not been complied with the requirements of the CCA.
During the meeting, the representative of the public enterprise "TV-Communications Group" S.R.L., Mrs. Iana Oscolcova, said he does not use Authorization relay series AB nr. 000126 from 15.10.2010 and returned its form of the audiovisual Coordinating Council.
As a result of its findings, in accordance with the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised and status, approved by Decision No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, CCA

DECIDES: 1. To declare invalid Authorization relay series AB nr. 000126 from 15.10.2010 awarded "TV-Grup S.R.L. Communications for TV Studio" Com ".
2. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise Direction control and digitalization.
3. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
