with regard to the appointment of employees of CCA to carry out a study at the National Council of the audiovisual from Romania and the allocation of funds from the Fund's support to broadcasters for travel expenses



Published: 22.01.2016 in the Official Gazette No. 13-19 art Nr: 71 In accordance with the national plan of action for the implementation of the Association Agreement Moldova-European Union for the years 2014-2016, which provides:-implementation of the provisions relating to the transition from analogue terrestrial to digital terrestrial television, developed by the Ministry of information and Communication Technology in the field of competence of the electronic media watchdog CCA;
-the Organization of contests for the issue of licences for broadcasting;
-the elaboration and adoption of proposals for amendments and additions to the broadcasting code in order to harmonize the legislation Council directive 2010/13/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 March 2010 on the coordination of certain provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in Member States concerning the provision of audiovisual media services (services directive audiovisual media);
CCA appoints three employees for study visits to National Audiovisual Council in Bucharest, Romania, 22-24 December 2015 in order to study European practice in chapter transition to digital terrestrial television and connecting the national law to Directive audiovisual media services.
In accordance with the provisions of item 9 and 11 lit. g) of the regulation on the management of the Fund for the support of broadcasters and approved by the CCA Decision nr. 125 from April 12, and article 19. 11 of the Statute of the CCA, approved by decision of the Parliament. 433 from 28.12.2006, CCA

DECIDES: 1. To designate for study visits to National Council of Broadcasting in Bucharest, Romania, 22-24 December 2015, employees of CCA: 1. Daniella LUBNA 2. M STEEL 3. Ion DARIO (PRO-(7) d. CAMERON, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c. MÎŢU, d. and m. VALENTINO OBI-HADIRCA).
2. To allocate the necessary financial resources from the Fund to support broadcasters to cover the costs of traveling employees.
3. control of the execution of this decision it is engaged in the service of Foreign Affairs and European integration, and economics, finance and accounting.
4. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
