Pursuant to law No. 98 of 4 may 2012 concerning specialized central public administration (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 160-163, art. 532), art. 20 paragraph 1. (2) of law No. 330-XIV of 25 March 1999 concerning the physical culture and sports (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 83-86, art. 399), with amendments and additions thereto, and with the aim of bringing the normative acts in force, the Government DECIDES: 1. Government decision No. 191 of 21 February 2003 "concerning the creation of specialised National School Sports boxing" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003 No.27-29, art. 205), with subsequent amendments, shall be amended as follows: 1) the title shall read as follows: "With respect to the creation of specialized sports boxing school, Grimăncăţi, Briceni";
2) points 1 and 3, the word "Republican" in any case, exclude the grammar, and the phrase "com. Grimăncăţi, Edineț County" shall be replaced with the phrase "Grimăncăţi, Briceni."
2. Government decision No. 766 of 26 November 2009 "on approval of the regulation on organisation and functioning of the Ministry of youth and sport, structure and maximum staff of its central apparatus" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, no. 173, art. 848), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended as follows: 1) in paragraph 1 of resolution, the words "institutions of the Ministry of youth and sports" shall be replaced with the words "public institutions in which the Ministry of youth and sports exercise quality of founder";
2) Annex No. 1: a) 7:17), the text of the words "National Olympic Committee" shall be replaced with the words "National Olympic Committee and Sports";
the menu item 20), the words "subordinated institutions" shall be replaced with the words "public institutions in which the Ministry is engaged in the quality of the founder";
(b) in point 8) menu item 4), the words "subordinated institutions" and the menu item 7), the words "subordinated institutions in the youth field, physical culture and sport" shall be replaced with the words "public institutions in which the Ministry is engaged in the quality of the founder";
(c) in section 10) menu item 6), the words "institutions" and the menu item 7), the words "subordinated institutions" shall be replaced with the words "public institutions in which the Ministry is engaged in the quality of the founder";
3) Annex 3 shall read as follows: "annex. 3 the Government decision No. 766 of 26 November 2009 in which the Ministry of public LISTAinstituţiilor Tineretuluiși quality of Sports exercise founder Sports Centre for the training of national Chess Club lots and checkers. Chişinău School specialized sports acrobatics and rugby, mun. Chisinau School Athletics sports specialized, mun. Chisinau School of boxing sport specialized, free combat and kickboxing, mun. Chisinau School specialized sports kayaking, mun. Chisinau School specialized cycling sports, mun. Chisinau football sports specialized School nr. 1, mun. Chişinău School Football sports specialized nr. 2, mun. Chisinau School swimming sports specialized mun. Chisinau School specialized wrestling sports "Andrei Doga", mun. Chişinău School specialized sport judo "Oleg Crețul". Chisinau School of Olympic reserve, sports. Chisinau School specialized tennis sports. Chişinău-Sports School. Balti weightlifting sports specialized School. Specialized School of Cahul sports table tennis, or. Sports School, Dubasari. Ungheni boxing School specialized sports, Grimăncăţi, Briceni Sports School of fighting, Ass, Hincesti School Sports (judo), Taul, Day Camp for children in the village of Romanesti, Straseni ".
3. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Ministry of youth and sports.
