In order to improve how the development, approval and registration of the employment of the staff of the authorities and of budgetary institutions, ORDON: 1. Approving the amendments and additions to be made to the Minister of finance Order No. 55 of May 11, 2012 "regarding the approval of type of forms of employment schemes for staff working in budgetary sector" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 119, section 692), with subsequent amendments and additions in accordance with annex.
2. This order comes into force on January 1, 2016.
