Minister _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Vladimir GONCALVES in order to ensure reliable power supply of consumers with natural gas at regulated tariffs, which are determined on the basis of expenditure required and justified in order to obtain the import, transport services, distribution and supply of natural gas to consumers, with the aim of creating equal conditions for all participants in the natural gas market and pursuant to articles 8, paragraph 3. (1), subparagraph (c). 53 e) and paragraph 3. (1) of law No. 123-18TH of 23 December 2009 regarding natural gas, as amended and supplemented (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 23-24, article 31), the Board of Directors of the National Agency for energy regulation DECIDES: 1. to approve the amendments and additions to what is operating in the methodology of calculation and application of the regulated natural gas tariffs approved by ANRE nr. 678 of 22 august 2014, registered at the Ministry of Justice on 7 October 2014, with 996 number (to be attached).
