with regard to the amendment of Order No. 20 of February 5, 2009 "on some measures to reduce the number of unauthorized constructions"



Published: 29.01.2016 in Official Gazette No. 20-24 art Nr: 95 under the law on quality in construction No. 721-XIII from 02.02.1996 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, no. 25, art. 259), with subsequent amendments and additions, the law on urbanism and spatial planning principles nr. 835-XIII of 17 May 1996 (Monitorul Oficial of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, no. 1-2, art. 2), as amended and supplemented, and the Law authorizing execution of construction No. 163 of 9 July 2010 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, nr. 155-157, art. 582), with amendments and completions, a R D a N: 1. Order No. 20 of February 5, 2009 "on some measures to reduce the number of unauthorised construction" is modified and completed as follows: 1) is exposed in the following editorial board: "1. It is prohibited to enterprises with expertise of construction activities and experts focused on construction techniques performing technical surveys of buildings, constructed after January 2, 1997, in the absence of town planning certificate for designing and building authorisation in order to legalise them, except in the cases set out in article 14(2). (1) of law No. 163 of 9 July 2010 authorizing execution of construction works.
2) point 2 shall be added after the words "objectives" with the words "constructed after January 2, 1997";
3) point 3 shall be added after the words "buildings erected" with the words "after January 2, 1997".
2. Directorate-General of architecture and housing construction will ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of Mr. Anatolie Zolotcov, Deputy Minister.
