Pursuant to article 6 (3) of law No. 199 of 15 July 2010 on the status of persons with dignity and in accordance with section 9 of the regulation on organization and operation of the State Chancellery, approved by Government decision No. 657 on 6 November 2009, the Government DECIDES: it's called Mr Tudor COPACI to the position of Secretary general of the Government.
