Parish Council Secretary Cocieri, Dubasari district, Central Election Commission resignation of Alderman Nirca T chosen Political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2) and 22 (1) (a). u) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with paragraphs 23 and 30 of regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the hearing officer chosen list Nirca T political party "the party of Socialists of Moldova" in the communal Council of Cocieri.
2. It is hereby declared to be filled a communal Council Cocieri, Dubasari district.
3. The Secretary of the Parish Council of Cocieri, within 10 days, will forward the necessary documents to the Central Election Commission award tenure next alternate candidate on the party list above.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
