In accordance with the provisions of article 7. 10 of law. 185 from 11.07.2012 to prevent and combat doping in sport and to article 8, paragraph 8 of the Government decision nr. from 960 17.11.2014 approving the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the National Doping Agency, Director-general of the national Doping Agency emits this order: Art. 1. For the purposes of preventing and combating doping in sport. the list for the year 2016, in accordance with the "international standard Prohibited List-2016 World Doping Agency", referred to in the annex which forms an integral part of this order.
Art. 2. This order shall come into force from 1 January 2016.
Art. 3. This order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
