Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. a), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1 transferable securities in accordance with the statement of the results of the additional issue of shares of the company's share capital, ROADS-a "(179, or Independence. Edineţ, 1003604013877) on WHOSE BEHALF the amount of 1498000 lei in number of ordinary nominative shares 149800 nominal value 10 lei with the State registration number MD14EDUM1008 at the expense of nebănești shares.
1.2 change of the stock Company "TELECOM-INVEST joint-stock Company" in "GROUP" and ENTER the address in str. Armeneasca, 55, mun. Chişinău, str. Ismail in 88/1, mun. Chisinau, with changing Code ISIN of securities from MD14TELE1001 in MD14INGR1005.
2. point 1.1 of this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. point 1.2 of the present decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
