About leaving the annual leave period 15.08.2016-26.08.2016 the special administrator of the International Insurance Company "ASITO" JSC (hereinafter - CIA "ASITO" SA or insurer), Mr Viorel Bîrsanu designated by Decision National Commission of Financial Market no.34 / 13 of 07.08.2016 "on special administration International Insurance Company" ASITO "SA" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016 nr.206-214, art.1192) in under Article 31, art.422, 55 para. (1) c) of Law No. 407-XVI from 21.12.2006 "on insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007 # 47 -49, 213), Article 1. (1), article 3, article 8, paragraph f) and letter t), article 9 para. (1) d), Article 22 para. (2) and. (3), Article 25 para. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:

1. During the annual leave of Mr Viorel Bîrsanu (15.08.2016-26.08.2016) the special administrator functions of the CIA "ASITO" SA will be exercised according to the legislation by Ms Victoria Isopescu.
2. Mr. Viorel Bîrsanu will teach and Ms. Victoria Isopescu will take over the management and control of the CIA "ASITO" SA and goods, documents and stamps insurer.
March. After expiration of the temporary replacement of the trustee, Mrs Victoria Isopescu will teach and Mr Viorel Bîrsanu will take further management and control of the CIA "ASITO" SA and goods, documents and stamps insurer to pursue further the quality and CIA special administrator functions "ASITO" SA in accordance with National Financial Market Commission Decision No. 34/13 of 08.07.2016 "on special administration CIA" ASITO "SA"
4. This decision shall enter into force on 15.08.2016, published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
