(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, as well as of art. 12 of the law on State security and art. 26 of the law on national defence, the Chief of d e c r e t e z: article 1. -It constitutes the Supreme Security Council of the following members: Chairman of TAHINI Nicholas RM, Commander in Chief of the armed forces Secretary BARBĂNEAGRĂ Alexei-Adviser to the President in defence and national security Members: ARMAȘU O.v.-Finance Minister Magrin-director of the information and Security Service of Moldova Gheorghe BALAN-Octavian CALMIC Deputy Prime Minister Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of economy of the CANDU Andrian Parliament PAUL Valenzuela-director of the Centre National Anticorruption CAMO Sa-Governor of the Bank DUCA Gheorghe Moldovan National President of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova FILIP Pa Prime Minister Andrei GALBUR-Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European integration, GHIMPU Mihai-President of The parliamentary Liberal Party of Moldova BASHIR Abbasi-Minister of Internal Affairs-Chairman of Maachou parliamentary Fraction of the Democratic Party of Moldova Ion PADURARU-Secretary-general of the Republic of Moldova President apparatus ȘALARU Anatolie-Defence Minister PEDRO Valdez-Chairman of the national security , defence and public order.

Article 2.-the Supreme Security Council operates under the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the State Security Law, the law on national defense, and other legislative acts of the Supreme Security Council Regulation, approved by the President of the Republic of Moldova.
Article 3.-the Government and the public administration authorities shall submit to the Supreme Council of National Security information necessary for conducting the work and will provide assistance to multilateral.
Article 4.-shall be repealed Presidential Decree nr. 1702-LIVE from august 3 2015 establishing Supreme Security Council.
Article 5.-This Decree shall enter into force on the date of signature.
