Under article 22 of Law No. 199 of 16 July 2010 on the status of public functions and in accordance with section 9 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the State Chancellery, approved by Government Decision nr.657 of 6 November 2009, the Government DECIDES:
release Mr. Sergei Palihovici as secretary general of the Government in the request for resignation.
