Pursuant to article 14(2). (3) (b) (i)) of the law No. 420-XVI of 22 December 2006 on technical regulation activity (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 36-38, art. 141) and section 2 of the Government decision No. 744 of 22 October 2015 approving technical regulation relating to cableway to carry persons (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 298-300, art. 837), I HEREBY ORDER: 1. Approving the list of standards related to technical regulation relating to cableway to carry persons , which was approved by Government decision No. 744 of 22 October 2015 (to be attached).
2. Publish this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova with the entry into force from the date of publication.
3. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of Deputy Valeriu Triboi.
