In accordance with Article 24 of the Law on State Supervision of Public Health no. 10-XVI of 3 February 2009 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no.67 / 183 of 3 April 2009) of the Government Decision no. 538 of 2 September 2009 approving the sanitary regulations on food supplements (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova nr.138-139 / 603 of 8 September 2009), the Ministry of Health Order 263 of March 30, 2014 "On the implementation of Government Decision . 538 of 2 September 2009 "based on the positive decision of the Commission of Experts on the Evaluation of materials for the registration of food supplements, substances with nutritional or physiological purposes, herbs and herbal preparations for the manufacture of food supplements from the National Center for Public Health (process -verbal no. 37 of 17 December 2015) and under Section 9 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, approved by Government Decision nr.397 of 31 May 2011

ORDER:

1. A record and allows the use of the product in Moldova pineapples bound for dietary supplements, Calmogen, Lecithin, Spirulina, Ginseng Forte, Producer - Basil Pharm SA, Chişinău, Moldova.
2. The products include pineapples, Calmogen, Lecithin, Spirulina, Ginseng Forte recorded in food supplements list.
March. Publish this Order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
4. Control over execution of this order is entrusted Ms. Aliona Serbulenco Deputy Minister.
