Pursuant to art. 4, 16 and 43 of the Constitution, art. 8:35 par. (3) d) of Law no. 1453-XV of 8 November 2002 on Notaries, pt. 5, 30 and 31 of the Regulation on the registration, preparation, preservation and teaching archive of notarial acts, approved by Government Decision no. 287 of 13 April 2009 pt. 7 point 1) u) of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Justice, approved by Government Decision no. 736 of 3 October 2012;
Based on the joint call of the notaries and Dorina Cojocaru Svetlana Sofroniuc of November 23, 2015 (no. 25701 of 23/11/2015 Ministerial registration) on transfer "post post" territorial activity of notaries;
Taking into account the legitimate interest of public notaries mutual change of the territory of activity, namely: if the notary public Cojocari Dorina - age child care and education, and exchange permanent living place in mun. Chişinău, and if Svetlana Sofroniuc - strengthen families, care and education of minor children and the intention to change residence in the city. Briceni and
Advisory Opinion no. 4 ac-34/13 of 16.12.2013 of the Supreme Court of Justice on the application of art. 141 par. (1) and (2) of Law no. 1453-XV of 8 November 2002 on Notaries,

ORDER:

1. It changes the activity of notary public territory Cojocari Dorina in Briceni in mun. Chişinău.
2. It changes the activity of notary public territory Sofroniuc Svetlana mun. Chisinau Briceni.
March. Within one month of the date of communication of this order, the Notary Public Dorina Cojocari will order and send archive notary activity, by an act of handover, for storage and management Guzun Aliona notary public. A copy of the document will be submitted to the Ministry of Justice.
4. Dorina Cojocari notary public shall inform the Ministry of Justice, until the date of change of registered office on 02.29.2016.
May. Aliona Guzun notary public shall be invested with the right to issue duplicate and archive information taught by Dorina Cojocari notary public.
June. Archive of the notary public notary activity will be kept Sofroniuc Svetlana further Andronicus-Gabura Olga notary public, with activities in the city territory. Chişinău.
July. It invests Andronicus-Gabura Olga notary public with the right to issue duplicate notary public archive and information Sofroniuc Svetlana, sent for storage and management under Order no. 16 of 21.01.2013 regarding the suspension of activity Sofroniuc Svetlana notary public.
August. The control over the execution of this order is entrusted Department legal professions and servants, notary department.
