In accordance with Art. 28 para. (2) of Law no. 317-XV of 18 July 2003 on the normative acts of the Government and other authorities of central and local public administration (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, no. 208-210, art. 783), as amended and supplemented, and ensuring the realization of the Government Decision no. 1345 of 24 November 2006 "on the harmonization of Moldovan legislation with EU law" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, no. 189-192, art. 1470), the Government DECIDES:
1. The plan to harmonize national legislation for 2016 (attached).
2. Ministries and other authorities of the central government will ensure, as skills and respecting strict deadlines, achieving National Plan for harmonization of legislation for the year 2016 and present the Centre for Legal Approximation of the Ministry of Justice Quarterly, till the 5th of next month, reports on the degree of implementation of the plan nominated.
March. Coordination of the National Plan for harmonization of legislation for the year 2016 shall be the responsibility of the Centre for Legal Approximation of the Ministry of Justice.
