    In order to optimise preparation for doctoral studies and scientific frameworks of youth in the activity classification of motivation for research and development, the Government DECIDES: 1. grants: Scholarship of excellence of Government for doctoral students for the year 2016, according to the annex 1;
Bursa (fields) for doctoral students for the year 2016, according to the annex 2.
2. The Academy of Sciences of Moldova and ministries will ensure, in the year 2016, the financing activity of subordinated to pay PhD scholarships nominees.
3. Payment of scholarships for post-graduates from year III will be terminated with the completion of doctoral studies.
