Under article 65. (1) of Law No. 317-XV of 18 July 2003 on the normative acts of the Government and other authorities of central and local public administration (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, no. 208-210, art. 783), with amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
be repealed:
Government Decision no. 112 of 28 February 1996 "On approval of Regulation on the organization and the contest for the post of rector of the university higher education institution" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, no. 32-33, art. 223);
Government Decision no. 388 of 31 March 2003 "On approval of the Regulations on the appointment, transfer and dismissal of staff in university education departments and county general (municipal) education" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, no. 62-66, art. 407) .
