After examining the applications and submissions, in accordance with article 93, article 94 and article 95 of law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), and article 69, article 73 and article 79 of the civil code of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, no. 82-86, 661), art. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES:

1. Be approved the reorganization of the company's shares:-roads-COMRAT "(str. Tanchistov 2/A, or. Comrat, Gagauzia, on WHOSE BEHALF 1003611010865) through merger (absorption) of the public limited Company "VULCANESTI-ROADS" (str. 40 years of October 2. Vulcăneşti, ATU, 1003611007689) and on WHOSE BEHALF the Company limited by shares "the ROADS-Ceadir-LUNGA" ("1, or. Ceadir-Lunga, 1005611003135, on WHOSE BEHALF the ATU Gagauzia);
-Company limited by shares "the ROADS-VULCANESTI ' through merger (absorption) at the company's TRAVELS-COMRAT" actions ";
-Company limited by shares "-CEADÎR-LUNGA ROADS" by merger (absorption) at the company's TRAVELS-COMRAT "actions".
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
