In order to organize and conduct in optimal conditions Remembrance Day events dedicated to those who died in the war in Afghanistan (February 15, 2016):
1. The plan events dedicated to the Day of Remembrance for those who died in the war in Afghanistan, according to Annex No. 1.
2. The organizing committee shall be established for the conduct of events dedicated to the Day of Remembrance for those who died in the war in Afghanistan and its nominal composition is approved in accordance with Annex No. 2.
March. Implementation of actions included in the plan mentioned will be made from the account of the authorities involved, as well as from other sources, as required by law.
4. It recommends local authorities to identify the funds needed to implement the measures set out in the Plan Commemorative nominated.
May. Control over the execution of this provision shall be the responsibility of the Ministry of Defence.
