Pursuant to article 1. 15 para. (1) (a). b) and para. (4), article 35 paragraphs 1 and 2. (3) d) of law No. 1453-XV of 8 November 2002 on notaries, as amended and supplemented on the basis of the Convention on the rights of the child, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 20 November 1989, section 5 of regulation on record keeping, training, and teaching at the film archive of authentic instruments, approved by Government decision No. 287 of 13 April 2009 and on the basis of personal application dated 20 November 2015, a R D a N: 1. To suspend the activity of the notary public Ga Dan (the territory of activity of r-nul Șoldănești), starting February 8, 2016 until 3 February 2018.
2. within 3 days from the date of issuance of this order, the notary public seal will convey G. Diana clerk for Justice Ministry on a provisional basis.
3. within one month from the date of issuance of this order, the notary public will send Shawn Diana through a delivery-receipt notary archive to preserve public notary Svetlana provisional Remmy (territory of activity r-nul Șoldănești). A copy of the document will be sent to the Ministry of Justice.
4. No notary public învesti Svetlana with authority to issue duplicate and archive information handed over by the notary G. Diana.
5. Control of the execution of this order will be put in charge of legal professions and Services Directorate.
6. This order shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
