DECIDED:

1. It quash the decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova no. 173 of June 23, 2014 on the registration of political party "Communist Party Reform in Moldova" and the symbols of the political party "Communist Party Reform in Moldova".
2. Is excluded from the Register of Political Parties Political Party "Communist Party Reform in Moldova".
March. The decision resolves political party "Communist Party Reform in Moldova".
4. It shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
