Pursuant to the provisions of art. 5 para. (4) of the law on metrology of nr. 19 of March 4, 2016 (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 2016, 100-104, art. 190), the Government DECIDES: 1. to approve the rules of organization and functioning of the National Institute of Metrology (is attached).
2. Cpd 1) of Government decision No. 1026 of 27 December 2012 "on some measures for reforming the system of the quality infrastructure" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 13, no. 1-5, article 4) and annex 1 thereto shall be repealed.
3. Annex 1 to the Government decision No. 690 of 13 November 2009 approving the regulation on organisation and functioning of the Ministry of economy, its structure and maximum staff of its central apparatus "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, nr. 166-168, 768), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended as follows: in section 7 l) subparagraph 10) and in paragraph 8 the letter j) subparagraph 2), the words" National Base calibration "shall be replaced with the words" national standards ";
in paragraph 8 the letter j) points 11 and 12)), the words "and the reference" are excluded.
4. this decision shall enter into force on 15 October 2016.
