Under the provisions of the association agreement between Moldova, on the one hand, and the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and the Member-States, on the other hand, ratified by Law no.112 of July 2, 2014 (Official Gazette Moldova's 2014 nr.185-199, art.442) and the enforcement provisions of chapters I, III and IV of Law No. 1380-XIII of 20 November 1997 concerning the customs tariff (republished in the Official Gazette Moldovan special edition of 1 January 2007), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. The Regulations on the declaration of customs value of goods under Schedule 1.
2. This decision shall enter into force three months after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
March. It repeals some government decisions, according to Annex No. 2.
