regarding the repeal of the National Ordinance, to the Commission on financial markets 13/12 from 13.03.2015



Published: 12.02.2016 in Official Gazette No. 32-37 art no: 214 since the issuance of the decision of the National Commission of Financial Market nr. 1/1 of 11.01.2016 "about the making of entries in the State Register of securities" (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 13, 2016-17, art. 59) and concluding from information submitted to the register of debenture holders to the execution thereof, in accordance with article 1 para. (1), article 3, article 4, article 9 para. (1) (a). h) and lit. n), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. The National Ordinance shall be repealed Commission on financial markets 13/12-a from 13.03.2015 "on some measures against the movement of securities issued by joint-stock company" Banca de Economii "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova , 2015, no. 74-77, art. 555).
2. this Ordinance shall enter into force in accordance with article 22, paragraph 2. (3) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market".
