To implement the provisions of Article 9 para. (2), art. 21 (1), Article 22 para. (2) and Article 25 paragraph. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS), under Law No 146-XIII 06.16.1994 "on the state enterprise" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, Article 9)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES

1. It designates the Board of the Newspaper "Capital Market" SE, term of 2 years, the following members:

the National Commission of Financial Market;

FILIP Nadejda - senior consultant of the Directorate-lending
Directorate General government debt in the
Ministry of Finance of Moldova;
DORUC Michael - Head of the management of public property
of the Public Property Agency
Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Moldova;
TULBURE Zoia - chief specialist of the Legal Department of the
Public Property Agency under the Ministry
Economy of Moldova;
VASILACHE Elena - accountant-chief of the newspaper "Capital Market" SE
2. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
