Pursuant to art. 7 paragraph. (4) of Law no. 161 of 22 July 2011 on the implementation of one-stop shop for entrepreneurial activity (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, no. 170-175, art. 496), the Government DECIDES:
1. The Regulation on the establishment and operation of one-stop shop for the issue of permits in road transport within the National Auto Transport (attached).
2. National Auto Transport Agency, under the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure, shall be appointed as the administrative authority responsible for implementing the one-stop shop for the issue of permits in road transport.
March. Financial coverage of one window operation will be performed from and within the approved budget allocations National Motor Transport Agency, under the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure.
4. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure.
