Under article 6 para. (1) letter a) and art. 14 para. (1) letter b) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, article 8 paragraph 3. (2) of law No. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 concerning public property of administrative-territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 124-125, art. 611), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. shall provide, free of charge, with the agreement of the communal Council of Cania, Cantemir, public property of the State, from the management of the food safety Directorate-Cantemir Raion, the area of 0.0754 ha with land register reference 2114307164 (category of land intended for industry, transport, telecommunications and other special purposes, with land use for the location and operation of administrative and service buildings, ancillary building) and buildings located thereon, pursuant to annex II, managed by the National Agency for food safety in public property of administrative-territorial units com. Cania, Cantemir, in order to the location of the Office of family doctors Chania Prefecture.
2. Regional Food Safety Directorate, in conjunction with the Municipal Council of Chania Prefecture, within one month, the Commission will set up reception-teaching and will ensure that the transmission of goods specified in paragraph 1 of this judgment in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015.
3. Agency for land relations and cadastre, in common with the Chania Prefecture, will ensure the operation of the land registry documents in the manner established by the legislation in force, the changes resulting from this judgment.
