Pursuant to art. 8 (2) of Law no. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 on the public property of the administrative territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999 nr.124-125, art.611), as amended and supplemented, Article 6 para. (1 ) a) and Art. 14 (1) b) of Law No 121-XVI of 4 May 2007 on the management and privatization of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.90-93, 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. Contagion from state ownership, the management of the Ministry of Education or public property. Ceadîr-Lunga, Gagauzia, residential home to boarding school for orphans and children left without parental care, with an area of 596.7 m2, cadastral number 9602223.341.04, located in town. Ceadîr-Lunga, Gagauzia, Lenin str., Nr. 5.
2. Ministry of Education, together with the Town Council Ceadir-Lunga, Gagauzia, will be Commission handover and ensure transmission of the property, within one month, in accordance with the Regulation on the mode of transmission of public property, approved by Government Decision nr.901 of December 31, 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, Article 2).
March. Or local government authorities. Ceadîr-Lunga will ensure the public registration of ownership or administrative-territorial unit. Ceadîr-Lunga in the property in question in accordance with the law.
4. In paragraph 31 of annex. In 2212 the Government Decision no.351 of 23 March 2005 "On approval of lists of real estate public property and transmission of real estate" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr.129-131, art. 1072) amended and supplemented, the "dwelling 573.3 / 3" is excluded.
