On 11.02.2010, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council has issued the undertaking SC "Starnet" LLC authorization relay series AB no. 000092, for the studio "TvBox" mun. Chisinau town. Ungheni.
By applications no. SN21 / 1076 of 12/11/2013, no. SN21 / 114 of 14/2/2014 and no. SN14 / 211 of 24/3/2014, SC "Starnet" LLC has requested the withdrawal of authorizations relay series AB no. 000092 11.02.2010.
To implement the decision of the Central Court mun. Chişinău 21 August 2015 and the Court of Appeal's decision of 16 December 2015, pursuant to applications submitted in accordance with Art. 28, 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA art. 38 para. (1) d) of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations approved by Decision no. 433-XVI from 28.12.2006 Moldovan Parliament, and under documents submitted, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council

DECIDED:

1. Accepting applications for withdrawal of Authorisation relay series AB no. 000092 11.02.2010 issued About "Starnet" LLC for the studio "TvBox" mun. Chisinau town. Ungheni (PRO - (7) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, O. Gututui C. bribery, M. and D. ONCEANU-Hadirca VICOL).
2. Those modifications will be entered in the Register of licensing.
March. Control over execution of this Decision exercises control and direction digitization.
4. This Decision will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and the BCC website.
