    In accordance with the provisions of art. 27(2). (5) of law No. 105-XV of 13 March 2003 on consumer protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, no. 126-135, 507), with amendments and additions thereto, and article 6 para. (6) of law No. 7 of 26 February 2016 concerning market surveillance regarding non-food products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, 79-89, art. 146), the Government DECIDES: 1. There shall be established, under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Coordinating Council for consumer protection and market surveillance.
2. Approves the Regulation Coordinating Council: consumer protection and market surveillance, according to the annex 1;
The nominal composition of the Steering Committee for consumer protection and market surveillance, according to the annex. 2.3. It is established that, in the event of dismissal of a position held member of the Coordinating Council for consumer protection and market surveillance, the newly-designated person in this Office will be a member of the Council without being issued a new decision by the Government.
4. this decision shall enter into force on April 1, 2017.
5. the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers shall abrogate some, according to the annex 3.
