NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES

1. Authorizing the reorganization of stock "Inconarm" (str. Petricani 86, mun., IDNO 1002600004731) by conversion to a limited liability company.
2. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
