For the purposes of the Organization and deployment of optimal Memory dedicated to the events of the day (2 March) (the day of remembrance of those fallen in the armed conflict in 1992 for the protection of the integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova and of the victims of this conflict): 1. Approving the plan of activities devoted to the day of remembrance, according to annex 1.
2. the Organizing Committee shall be set up to conduct the events dedicated to the day of memory and it approves the nominal composition of the latter, according to the annex 2.
3. Measures included in the plan mentioned will be done at the expense of means of the authorities concerned, as well as from other sources, as required by law.
4. It is recommended that local authorities to identify the financial resources necessary for carrying out the actions specified in the commemorative.
5. control of the execution of this provision will be put in charge of Mr. Gheorghe Brega, Deputy Prime Minister.
