The plenum Council competition, acting pursuant to article 4. 41 para. (1) (a). s) of competition law nr. from 11.07.2012, 183 art. 21. (3) of law No. 139 of 15.06.2012 with regard to state aid, the Parliament decision nr. 179 from 12.07.2013 regarding the appointment of members of the plenary Council and Parliament decision nr. 220 from 27.09.2013 regarding the appointment of a member of the plenary Council of competition, DECIDES: 1. To approve the report on the State aid granted in Moldova in the period 2011-2013.
2. To publish the report on the State aid granted in Moldova in the period 2011-2013 in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
