In order to organize and conduct the optimum of events dedicated to the Day of Remembrance (2 March) (day to commemorate those killed in the armed conflict of 1992 to safeguard the integrity and independence of Moldova and the victims of conflict)
1. The plan of activities devoted to the Day of Remembrance, according to Annex No. 1.
2. The organizing committee shall be established for the conduct of events dedicated to the Day of Remembrance and approved its nominal composition, in accordance with Annex No. 2.
March. Implementation of actions included in the plan mentioned will be made from the account of the authorities involved, as well as from other sources, as required by law.
4. It recommends local authorities to identify the funds needed to implement the measures set out in the Plan Commemorative nominated.
May. Control over execution of this provision shall be the responsibility of Mr. Gheorghe Brega, Deputy Prime Minister.
