Pursuant to article 1. 2 (2). (2), subparagraph (c). (d)) and art. 3 paragraphs 1 and 2. (1), (12) of the Metrology Law nr. 647-XIII of 17 November 1995 (Republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, Special Edition on April 15, 2008), as amended and supplemented in order to ensure uniformity, legality and accuracy of measurements in the areas of public interest in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, ORDON: 1. To approve, in accordance with annex, additions to what is in the rule of legal metrology NML RSAV. 402100.003:13 ' system, with built-in software to measure speed, movement of means of transport, with video images, type "Авто Ураган" VS ", approved by order No. 119 of 2 July 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2013, 152-158, section 1091).
2. Publish this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and place it on the website of the Ministry of economy.
3. The task of the National Institute of Metrology:-placing on its website of the present order and publication thereof in Metrology;
-change and the corresponding additions in normative documents referred to in this order.
