1. To negotiate the Convention between the Government and the Government of the United Arab Emirates for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, empowers official delegation is composed of:

Directorate general tax policy and legislation
and Customs, Ministry of Finance
EŞANU Catherine - senior consultant in Service Tax

2. Head of delegation of negotiators, Veronica Vragaleva, it empowers the negotiated text of the Convention to initial nominees.

March. It repeals the Government Decision nr.1010 of 30 September 2005 "On granting full powers Ala Bujniţa, Head of the Finance Ministry's international convention" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr.132-134, art.1087) .
