Under Article 10. (4) and Article 11 of Law No. 182 of 15 July 2010 on industrial parks (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, nr.155-158, art.561), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES:
1. Is awarded the title of industrial park LLC "COMPANY SOUTH INVEST" (IDNO 1014603001105), which will administer the Industrial Park "Cahul", located in the city. Cahul, the land area of ​​5892 hectares (cadastral number 1,701,124.030).
2. It states that, if within two years from the date of publication of this decision within the Industrial Park "Cahul" will not be connected to utility networks of Cahul, LLC "SUD-INVEST COMPANY" would be withdrawn Title industrial park, with the application of the provisions laid down by Article 23 para. (5) of Law no. 182 of 15 July 2010 on industrial parks.
