Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8 paragraph 2 of point m) and subparagraph (c)), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1. Securities placed the stock society LEASING KLASSIKA "(Leo Tolstoy str. 27, mun. Chisinau, 1016600001142) on WHOSE BEHALF the amount 2000000 lei in 2000 registered ordinary shares with the nominal value of 1000 lei with the State registration number MD14KLLA1005.
1.2. The securities placed under a special report concerning the results of the additional issue of shares in the public limited Company "MINE FROM CHISINAU" (Calea Orheiului Street 90A, mun. Chisinau, 1003600119988) on WHOSE BEHALF amounting to MDL number 4000000 400000 nominative ordinary shares with nominal value of 10 lei with the State registration number MD14MIIN1008 at the expense of money.
1.3. Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities of the joint venture "B&M TEST" (on WHOSE BEHALF 1008600009738) in 1000 ordinary shares number registered with the State registration number MD14BTES1007 as a result of reorganization by transformation into a limited liability company.
2. this decision shall enter into force under the provisions of art. 22 of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission of Financial Market".
