Pursuant to Article 19 para. (1) d) of Article 24. (1)) and para. (4) of Law no.113 of 17.06.2010 regarding bailiffs decision of the Disciplinary Board bailiffs from 1 October 2015 and point 7 para. (1) lit.u) of Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Justice, approved by Government Decision nr.736 of 3 October 2012

ORDER:

1. LE series nr.083 withdraw the license of bailiff Anati Snejana.
2. It outgoing bailiff Anati Snejana territory of activity in mun. Chişinău, and radiation from the Register bailiffs.
March. Within 10 days, the bailiff will send Anati Snejana as required by Article 20 of the law on bailiffs, seal, badge, enforcement proceedings, archives and records of the Chamber of bailiffs territorial center.
4. From the day of publication of the order, the right to manage the current account goes into special administration bailiff territorial Chamber of bailiffs Center, which within three days will designate the person who will manage this special current account.
May. Order appears to the National Union of Bailiffs and Court Center, mun., In whose district the bailiff has its business office and published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
