AVIZasupra draft law amending and completareaLegii mandatory health insurance funds for 2015 no. 74 of April 12, 2015

The Government has examined the draft law amending and supplementing the Law on mandatory health insurance funds for 2015 no. 74 of 12 April 2015 submitted as legislative initiative (nr.296 29 July 2015) by a group of MPs, and communicate the following.
In order to improve and enhance the quality of medical services provided to the population, improving the conditions of employment of employees in health care, with the volume and quality of work, responsibility and complexity of duties, and to attract young specialists and maintaining those with extensive experience in the field, and simplify payment mechanism, the Government drafted and approved a new regulation that requires amending current conditions of employment of the employees of medical institutions public part of a scheme of compulsory healthcare.
Mechanism as the base salary are individual professional performance at work, quality of work, professionalism and contribution of each employee.
Based on the above mentioned and taking into account the proposals authors for amending Law mandatory health insurance funds for 2015 are not within the proposed new mechanism of pay, the Government can not act positively legislative initiative in question .
