As a result of the failure of the Savings and Loan Association managers 'crawling' (village crawling, Ungheni, IDNO 1003609011708) requirements pt. 3 and pt. 5 of the National Commission of Financial Market Decision no. 41/3 of 07.17.2015 "On the results of the check for compliance in complex associations of savings and loan by the SCA. "Creeping" "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 197-205, art. 1347), in order to ensure enforcement of the provisions of the National Commission of Financial Market Decision no. 9/4 of 03.03.2016 "On license revocation Savings and Loan Association" creeping "" in order to protect the rights and interests of association members, pursuant to art. 9 paragraph. (1) c) art. 21 para. (2) art. 22 para. (3) and art. 25 para. (2) of Law no. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 117-126 BIS), art. 46 para. (1) and paragraph. (2) of Law No savings and loan associations. 139-XVI of 21.06.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 112-116, art. 506)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:

1. Suspended operations in current and deposit accounts Savings and Loan Association "crawling" to comply with the requirements of law, except those feeding respective accounts and settlements with the national budget.
2. Inform the State Tax Inspectorate and commercial banks on restrictions on Savings and Loan Association "crawling".
March. Control over the execution of this Ordinance shall be the responsibility of the Directorate General of collective investments and microfinance.
4. This ordinance shall take effect in accordance with Article 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market".
