NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:
1. Records in the state register of securities: Securities 1.1
according to reports on results of additional issue of shares of joint stock companies:
- Office building specialized tractors "Bicotra" (str. Columna 170, mun. Chişinău, IDNO 1003600134077) amounting to 4142680 lei in number of 207 134 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20 lei with state registration number MD14BICO1006 account debt conversion creditors;
- Insurance Company "MOLDOVA-ASTROVAZ" (str. 42 Alexey Shchusev, mun., IDNO 1003600005344) amounting to 4,000,000 lei of 40 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 100,000 lei with state registration number MD14OVAZ1003 account equity.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
