Pursuant to article 1. 2 (2). (2) (a). (d)) and art. 3 paragraphs 1 and 2. (1), (12) of the Metrology Law nr. 647-XIII of 17 November 1995 (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, Special Edition on April 15, 2008), as amended and supplemented in order to ensure uniformity, legality and accuracy of measurements in the areas of public interest in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, a R D a N: 1. To approve, pursuant to annex II, as a rule of legal metrology NML 5-10:2016 "Spectrocolorimetru-apparatus for determining coordinates and color coordinates. Metrological and technical requirements. Metrological verification procedure ".
2. Publish this order on the website of the Ministry of economy, as well as in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova without the annex to it.
3. Put in charge of the National Institute of Metrology placing this order on its website and its publication in the journal of Metrology specialist.
